dealer of TATA MOTORS commercial vehicles, since 1970.
CAPL provides a broad portfolio of TATA vehicles. Our
core portfolio deals in sales, service, spares, hire
purchase, insurance, registration, refinance, AMC and
recon engines. We are present in the Mahakaushal area
with 15 districts namely Jabalpur , Mandla, Dindori,
Katni, Umaria, (Waidhan, Singrauli) Sidhi, Shahdol,
Anuppur, Satna, Panna, Rewa, Sagar, Damoh, Chhattarpur
and Tikamgarh

History:
COMMERCIAL AUTOMOBILES PVT. LTD. Pvt. Ltd. (CAPL) is a part of
the JN Group of Companies, founded in the year 1933 at
Dehradun, by late Shri. Jai Narain Gupta. The Group
has spread its wings both geographically and
functionally over the years with TATA MOTORS
Dealerships in Jabalpur( CAPL), Bilaspur (SML),Bareilly
(CMB) Dehradun (CMD), Kanpur (Kailash Motors) along
with HYUNDAI & TOYOTA and Body Building units in
Jabalpur, Pune, Kanpur and Bangalore.
COMMERCIAL AUTOMOBILES PVT. LTD. Pvt Ltd came in to existence in
the year 1970 when our visionary MD Dr. Kailash Gupta
took over the then TELCO dealership present in
Jabalpur. Under his able leadership this 38 year old
young company has grown tremendously and won several
accolades and awards from TATA Motors

CAPL’s success is a story of Endurance, ethical
practice and a staunch belief in its Value system. The
management team comprises of the following
Dr. Ishwar Chandra Gupta the Chairman of
the company has a distinction of being the first
person in India who has been awarded a doctorate in
hire purchase
Dr Kailash Gupta , Managing Director of
the company has created a dynamic framework for
enhancement of the group’s strengths and spearheaded
the expansion and diversification of the group
activities. He is past president of Federation of
automobile dealer of country and also is in the dealer
management council of Tata Motors
Mrs Nandini Malpani, Director has been
successfully heading the passenger Car division in Jabalpur and has been motivating her team of
very skilled workers to achieve newer horizons each
day.
Mr. Rahul Agarwal, Director is the
youngest member of the team and has already proved
that he holds his senior’s vision in high esteem.
Under his able leadership the workshop was able to
achieve the best customer satisfaction award in the
year 2006-2007.
